Winner assumes all legality, liability and responsibility for the condition, use & security/storage of the firearm. Winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Wildlife Conservation Foundation WCF, its members, partners, directors, donors, and volunteers from and against any and all liability, claims, suits, demands, or costs, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the raffle or the prize regardless of the theory of liability and regardless of the fault or alleged fault of any party to be indemnified hereunder. 

Winner must be legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm and meets all Federal, State and Local statutory and regulatory requirements. Winner must pay all fees or other costs of permits, title, shipping or other transfer FFL fees.  If the Winner does not meet these requirements the gun will become the property of WCF.

If winner is unable to meet transfer requirements in their home state, the firearm will become property of WCF. No refunds or exchanges of any sort. 

Winner will be notified within one week of drawing. After this, the winner has 30 days to claim his/her prize. Prizes can be picked up at Stewarts Ace Hardware.

Tickets are non-transferable. 

Must be 21 years old to purchase. Check to make sure firearm is legal in your jurisdiction before purchasing tickets. 

Delivery of firearm is subject to availability. WCF reserves the right to modify the raffle based on gun availability. 

Pictures of firearm may not be exact representation of firearm or features pertaining to firearm. 

Winner understands that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly. Wildlife Conservation Foundation WCF, assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm. Upon transfer, winner assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the firearm. All warranty issues will be sent direct to the original manufacturer or factory.
